Ingredients:
2 (450g packet) pizza bases
300g medium chunky salsa
425g can mexe beans, rinsed, drained
20g (1 1/2 cups) grated mozzarella or pizza cheese
200g cherry tomatoes halved
1 small red onion, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
Fresh coriander sprigs, to serve
Sour cream, to serve
Hot sauce, to serve
Sliced fresh chili, to serve
Lime wedges, to serve
Method:
Step 1:
Preheat the broiler to 220C/200C fan constrained. Place the pizza bases on 2 preparing plate. Spread 3-4 tbs salsa over every pizza base. Place the beans in a bowl and daintily pound. Separation squashed beans between the pizza bases.
Step 2:
Sprinkle a fourth of the cheddar over the pizzas. Top with tomato and cut onion. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar. Heat the pizzas for 10-15 minutes or until the point when the cheddar is softened and brilliant.
Step 3:
Serve the pizzas finished with avocado, coriander, acrid cream, hot sauce and cut bean stew, and with lime wedges nearby.

You can use other canned beans, such as cannellini, kidney or borlotti beans, instead of the mexe beans.
